Many distributors take comparable water filters and put different brand names on the water filters. Purtrex filters are all approximately 2.5 inches in diameter. - 5" filter size is often used in RV, Marine, and small Point of Use (POU) applications.
- 10" filter size is often used in small Point of Use (POU) applications.
- 20" filter size is typical for average residential applications.
- 30", 40", 50" filter size is used most commonly in commercial and industrial applications.
